Head - Finance & Accounts - Healthcare/Diagnostic/Retail

Qualification - Inter CA or ICWAI or CA or M Com

Functional Experience :

- Candidate should be strong in Accounting, Internal Controls, Tally, MIS, Working Capital control, Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, Improving debtors collection, banking operations, cash management (Cash collected in multiple points), bank reconciliation, preparation of monthly and annual accounts, audit coordination, taxation (direct), coordinate secretarial and regulatory compliance's, fixed assets records, inventory control, inputs for pricing decisions, inputs for capital expenditure evaluation, insurance etc.

- Experience desired is more accounting and less finance.

- Experience in coordinating due diligence is desirable but not essential.

- Experience in raising debt is desirable but not essential

Industry Experience :

- Ideal if he/she has worked in Diagnostic, Health Care or Retail in that order of priority

- Should be willing to travel to branches

- Knowledge of Tamil would be useful but should be a good communicator with good command over English language
