Head - Finance & Accounts - Diversified Group

- Our client is a diversified Group into Real Estate and Healthcare with its corporate office in Hyderabad .For the healthcare vertical, they have a pan India presence and in the Real Estate they will soon have a pan India presence. They are into construction of villas and farmhouses in holiday destinations in India.

- Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants preferably with a Management qualification. He should have experience in handling the Finance and Accounts function of a medium size organisation. 

- Experience in mergers and acquisition would be an advantage. Our client has a PE Fund partner and experience working with a P E Fund is preferred.

- The incumbent will be responsible for Financial Analysis and Planning,Budgetary control, Funding, Finalisation of Accounts and Cost Control.

- Salary is attractive and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
