Job Purpose: &nbsp;- We are looking for a Head of Finance to head all financial tasks of the Brand and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially. KRA's - - Managing all finance and accounting operations - Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's finances - Preparing and publishing financial statements including P&amp;L Account and Balance Sheet - Preparation of Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results - Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations - Tracking the profitability of each product, by channel, SKU &amp; region and publishing the same to all the stakeholders on a periodic basis - Planning, Studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, raw material packing material prices and evaluating cost savings possible to improve the profitability of the business - Providing insights into competition financials and market information to the business head Requisites - - Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting functions - Strong understanding of Import Financing and Costing will be an added advantage - Incumbent from Cosmetics Industry preferred - Excellent analytical skills is a must
