Job Title : Head F&A - Power

Reporting to : Head - Power business. Dotted line reporting to CFO

Location : Baroda

Education :

- CA add-on qualifications like ICWA & CS will be preferred. Candidate should have good scholastic record

- 20-25 years of relevant experience with minimum 10+years of experience in leadership role at corporate level in financial reporting, preferably in a large company in infrastructure sector

Age : 40-45

Responsibilities :

- Assist in formulating the IC's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions, as and when required
