Head - Finance & Accounts - CA - Pharma

We are looking for the Head Finance & Accounts for one of the renowned pharma company Chennai.

Designation: Head Finance & Accounts

To support accomplishment of organizational strategies and goals through efficient financial management, decision support, information support, honouring the financial obligation, risk management and statutory compliance.

Reportsto: CFO

Role:

- Facilitate optimum deployment of fund in the business

- Arrange cost effective and appropriate structured fund

- Maintain proper books of account to reflect correct financial position of the company and generate timely, accurate and meaningful information

- Facilitate statutory compliance and ensure availing statutory benefit

- Facilitate risk management

- Support to evolve right strategies to the business

- Ensure timely & correct payment and honor other obligations to the stakeholders

- Facilitate External & Internal Audits

Qualification Required :

- CA with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience as Head

Knowledge / Skill Required:

- Proper understanding of Business environment, Business model

- Competition to facilitate strategy formation and monitor implementation

- Decide on wright capital structure borrowing options, taking into consideration all risk

- Prepare policies and guidelines with understanding of factors, available options and selection of right option

- Understanding the risk and facilitate management

- In-Depth knowledge in accounting standards, costing concept, investment evaluation, financial modeling, Forex management etc. to provide guidance

- Presentation skill to provide meaningful information holistically to management, board etc.

- Interpersonal/negotiation skill to deal with Banks, Board, Investors and others

- Broad understanding of statues governing and in-depth knowledge on direct taxation

- Developing and put in place efficient system to meet the objectives

- IGAAP and IFRS
