Head - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA - Education

Job Description :

- Maintain books of accounts, responsibility for managing independently the finance and accounts.

- Monthly closing and preparation of MIS.

- Maintenance and keeping the accounting records.

- Co-ordination with Auditors for statutory, Internal and Transfer pricing audits.

- Handling of local tax laws such as income tax, service tax and VAT.

- Participation in the company's annual Budget and Business plan.

Desired Profile :

- CA / ICWA / CA Inter with 6 - 10 Years of Experience in Finance & Account.

- Working knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, Tax Laws, Legal matters is mandatory.
