Currently looking Head - Finance & Accounts role with a Mumbai based trading company & a prominent merchant exporter and supplier of incredible gamut of Confectionery Products, Plastic Wares, Cook Wares, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc. The range we offer is widely used in supermarkets, cash & carry, households, hotels, restaurants and cafeterias.

Qualification: CA must

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Monitoring day-to-day finance, accounts & compliances related tasks and monthly financial reporting

Managing direct & indirect taxation (TDS, Service Tax, VAT, LBT, PF, PT, Wealth Tax

Formulating MIS, balance sheet, profitability, conducting variance analysis & projections

Administering investments, fund, receivables & payables

Ensuring encashment of export incentives like FMS, DFIA, Drawback, VKGUY, Service Tax

Conducting merchant trade, banking documentation like bank guarantee, funding from banks, FOBG

Entrusted with the responsibility of managing all banking for export like USD Conversion, PCFC, EEFC, FIRC, BRC, Forex, Hedging & Forward; managing implementing and setting of Internal Control Systems

Supervising all other activities like Direct & Indirect Tax Liabilities, Timely Payments and Fillings of Periodic Returns under various laws like Service Tax, VAT, Excise, TDS, PF

Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
