Job Title : Head Finance & Accounts

Reporting to : Business Head - with a dotted line reporting to group CFO

Location : Chennai

Requirement :

Education :CA, With add-on qualifications like ICWA & CS will be preferred. Candidate should have good scholastic record throughout education

Experience :

- 20-25 years of relevant experience with minimum 10+ years of experience in leadership role at corporate level in financial reporting, preferably in a large company preferably in the construction/ infrastructure sector

Age : 45 - 50 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist and participate in formulating the future direction of the Independent companies in construction and supporting the related tactical initiatives.

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Develop and monitor the financial performance measures that drive the company's strategic direction
