Head - Finance & Accounts - CA

Heading the Accounts & Finance Department of the Joint Venture and managing the following operations:

Accounts & Budget

- Complying accounting systems & procedures; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of Accounts and finalization of the same as per Russian GAAP & IND-AS.

- Coordinating with statutory auditors; evaluating internal control systems/procedures to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

- Preparation of Budget and variance analysis thereof

- Monthly reporting to Holding Company

Treasury management

- Preparation of quarterly & annual accounts as per IND AS duly reconciled with Russian books of account for reporting as per statute

General Management

- Liaison with cross functions for smooth operations of the Organization (Production, procurement, administration)

- Payroll management

- Inventory management

Costing

- Determining the manufacturing cost and MRP of the product; compiling cost and performance reports, cost benefits analysis and critical analysis of cost reports.

- Preparing cost sheets of the products manufactured and giving selling rates to the Marketing Department as and when required.

Taxation & Statutory Compliances

- Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely payments and filing of tax returns in compliance with statutory tax Acts of Russia.

- Liaising with government departments, regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

- CA

- 5-10+ years experience in core finance & accounts.
