Job Description:

Financial Management and Accounting

- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards

- Ensure proper closing of accounts within the time target specified with due adherence to all accounting/statutory requirements and financial standards of the Company

- Ensure monthly & quarterly financial closure including balance sheet and P / L analysis and reconciliations

Financial Control:

Taxation:

- Ensure tax planning and developing tax efficient structures to minimize tax liabilities for the company is in line with policy changes, business objectives

- Ensure all tax compliances and representations are done as per the defined timelines Ensure timely compliance on direct & indirect taxation matters (for example: GST, Income tax, corporation tax, property tax, customs, import/ export etc)
