Job Title: Finance and Accounts Head for E-commerce Job Description: As the Finance and Accounts Head for Amala Earth, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the financial health and integrity of our business operations. You will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with other departments to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making and business planning processes. Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business performance. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
