Position Purpose :

- The head position is ultimately responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the organization's financial reporting. Help establish and direct the organization's financial goals and objectives, its budget, and the Financial Plan. Primary responsibility for ensuring that internal controls are in place, enforced, and reviewed periodically for conformance to accounting and financial standards and applicable regulations.

- He / She will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on company finances, helping us to analyse, strategize, and grow our financial position. This seasoned strategist not only understands current accounting practices and trends but has proven experience raising capital and adapting to change-both in growth and downsizing. As a member of our senior management, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead the Finance and account area of the company reporting directly to the management

- As a key member of executive leadership team, formulate and implement strategies to boost performance and ensure operational efficiency

- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization

- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization regarding operational goals and budgets

- Driving and managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, costing and valuation

- Oversee all financial planning, analysis, forecasting and budgeting, present financial and operating information with key insights to the Board and management meeting

- Evaluate, improve, and help build cross-company processes that are efficient and scalable; assist with crafting and realizing company policies and procedures that institutionalize proper controls

- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments

- Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget


- Responsible for laying the groundwork for an initial public offering (IPO), and ensuring the organization has not only a strong financial team but also, the right financial infrastructure to make this major transition successfully

- Working closely with the MD & CEO to drive and lead fund raising activities.

- Responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments, and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.

- Lead and develop finance and accounting talents and team

Job Specific Skills :

- Minimum 20+ Years of Experience and must have proven experience in similar leadership role for at least 5 years

- Must be a visionary and creative person with sound judgment

- Must have an exposure for managing and leading IPO process

- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and people skills

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

Educational Qualifications :

- Postgraduate / Professional Qualification.

- Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum Experience :

- Minimum 20+ Years of Experience and must have proven experience in similar leadership role for at least 5 years
