Require a strong exposure in Financial Planning and Analysis

Financial Planning & Analysis :

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

MIS & Financial Reporting :

- Forecasting of Monthly and quarterly revenue, Expenses, P&L and other financial &non-financial KPIs, KPI trend Analysis

- Comparison of actual with Plan and last few months-analyzing the deviations and reporting the same to Top Management

- GAP Analysis of Variances, Monthly, and Quarterly Analysis done against AOP (Annual Operating Plan) & Forecast

- Finalization of balance sheet and P&L, Opex/Capex provision, Key reconciliation, Finalization of audit

- Internal financial control to ensure correct recording and reporting of day to day financial transaction

Risk Management :

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems

- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
