Head - Finance & Accounts - BFS/BPO/ITeS

Job Description :

- Experienced finance professional and leader (20+ years), qualified accountant (FCMA, ACA, ACCA). with deep technical expertise and content knowledge

- Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS, GAAP and accounting policies/practices

- Strong leadership and people management skills - must be a respected player amongst peers, partners and external parties.

- Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse global organisation and drive as a team, create standards, set clear objectives and demonstrate empowerment.

- The role of general accounting and assurance lead is a key senior leadership role.

- The role will oversee a diverse financial services portfolio which supports the general accounting and control requirements.

- Driving the digitization and transformation of general accounting processes end to end.

- Qualified accountant (FCMA, ACA, ACCA) with deep technical expertise and content knowledge is MUST
