Head - Finance & Accounting - CA/ICWA

We are hiring for Head- Finance and Accounts for an MNC company with more than 5000 CR annual revenue in beverages space.

Location - Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh

Experience 15+ yrs

Education- CA/ICWA/MBA finance

Head - F&A is responsible for ensuring compliance of all the departments and the organization to meet corporate guidelines and adhere to all external compliance requirements of the Government, Auditors and lending agencies.

The KRA's would include but not limit to:

1. Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the Company's fiscal functions from every relevant perspective

2. Managing treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes and internal controls to safeguard the Company assets

3. Timely availability of working capital through liaising with banks and financial institutions

4. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and MIS reports

5. Serving on planning and policy-making committees

6. Supporting the Organization in developing finance organization strategy around corporate finance, finance operations and risk management

7. Risk evaluation and commercial viability evaluations

8. Strategic partner to the promoters and translate the overall corporate strategy into financial & business plans and projections

9. Resource Allocation

10. To prepare for board approval regarding budgets, periodical reviews and operational performance. Report budgetary performance as required.

11. Monitor tax planning and compliance (both direct & Indirect tax)

12. Taking care of all Sales Accounting, plants and depots from a financial stand point and ensuring that costs incurred are rationalized. This also extends to optimizing the entire supply chain & procurement cycle for the firm

13. Ensuring overall monitoring of various accounts like - General accounts - Purchase accounts - Sales accounts

14. To ensure timely finalization, consolidation and closing of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Yearly accounts as per the accounting / statutory requirements

15. Working out viability studies of all Projects and means of financing for projects

16. Optimization of cash flows, costs and ratios.
