Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the preparation of profit and cash flow forecasts, analysis and reports.
- Supervises the preparation of quarterly management and year-end accounts.
- Prepares monthly/quarterly management reports and accounts ensuring they are produced on a timely basis (budget, variance analysis, statistical data, and trends).
- Coordinates between the different sections within the Department to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Generates financial reports.
- Analyses financial discrepancies and recommends effective solutions.
- Monitors expenditures, analyses revenues and determines budget variances.
- Monitors financial transactions and ensures compliance with the Order's policies and procedures.
- Maintains compliance with all international and local regulations.
- Implement cost controls measures to improve bottom line.
- Fund Management. Interact with Banks to arrange the funding.
- Monitoring operational Working Capital to ensure money should not stuck in inventory and debtors.
- Fund raising including long term, medium term and short term funds , strengthening Banking relationships -Term Loans & Working Capital management, Debt Rating.
- Setting up/Strengthening Company's systems, policies and processes in all areas of the F&A function i.e. Corporate Finance, Accounts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Banking & Treasury, Costing, Indirect Taxation, Internal Audit & Controls,
- Foreign Exchange Management and Enterprise Risk Assessment & Management in the Company.
- Investment & CAPEX Management
- Making hedging strategy for export, import.
- Ensure internal procedures for timely and accurate compliance for returns, timely deposit of taxes and other submission under Direct & Indirect Tax.Ensure all kind of tax refund and exemption on timely basis.
