- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in collaboration with executive leadership.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting:
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and comprehensive budget plans.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing recommendations for improvement.
Financial Compliance:
- Ensure financial compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Collaboration:

- Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting.
Operational Best Practices:
- Implement best practices and tools for a well-controlled yet flexible organization.
- Ensure strong fiscal management, project coordination, and workflows.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
- Take appropriate action to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
Collaboration with Senior Management:
- Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals.
- Provide access to project finance information.
Research and Analysis:
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
Risk Management:
- Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments.
- Evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives.
HR Operations Oversight:
- Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor business performance with tracking tools.
- Establish corrective measures as needed and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and the rest of the company.
Team Management:
- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory entities (e.g., Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service)
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in executive leadership roles.
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning.
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit.
Qualification and Preferred Skills:
- CA or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance.
- International finance experience.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant).
