Experience : Min 8 years of experience in managing Field HR for a region or zone in a Pharma, Retail or Facility management company.  Qualification : PGDBM/MBA  Location : Mumbai  Male preferred   - Position is with one of the leading facility management company.  Role objective :  - To lead HR Operations pertaining to recruitment, retention, manpower reconciliation of Franchisee and on rolls employees and streamline the entire HR Ops.   Job Description :  Recruitment :  - Review budget v/s actual manpower requirements  - Ensure minimum 95% fill rate for all open positions as per the hiring TAT  - Lead recruitment of Franchisee and on-roll feet on street employees  - Lead recruitment of Sales Executive - B2B & B2C   - Ensure daily rigor of reviewing manpower related data   - Should have ready reckoner of consultants who specialize in hiring of Feet on Street, should have sourced candidates from Employment Exchanges and Skill Development sources (NSDC)  - On-board new joinees as per the pre-defined on-boarding process  Retention & Performance Orientation :  - Handle retention of Franchisee employees as well as on-roll employees  - Visit Franchisee employees at regular intervals   - Ensure Technical Training of employees for driving productivity & high CSAT scores  - Track productivity to ensure targets are met; calibrate manpower requirements as per the productivity norms  - Weed out non-performers with the help of Regional HR Managers  Data Reconciliation :  - Ensure weekly reconciliation of manpower of Franchisee, On-site and on-roll employees with the help of Regional HR Managers   - Reconcile employee data with Ops team  - Maintain record of transfers and people movements from CMSC to FMSC, from one client to another in case of Onsite employees  Payroll :  - Ensure daily operation tracker is reviewed with the team for correct attendance records  - Provide inputs for payroll processing and Daily allowances  - Ensure exit formalities of all exiting employees in terms of asset recovery, advance recoveries, etc. through Regional   - HR Team  Mandatory background :  - Hands on person   - Managed & recruited Franchisee employees & Feet on street  - Strong background on manpower reconciliation   - Strong on numerical ability & data analytics   - Should cope well with high volume of HR transaction  Important Traits :  - Result orientation   - Data analytics   - Detailed orientation   - Speed of response
