Head - Fertiliser Registrations

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Registration of Fertilisers Products into FCO.

- Liasioning with Indian Council of Agricultural Research, State Agricultural Universities, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, etc. for setting up of trials

- Good Rapport and familiarities with Ministry of Agriculture at New Delhi

- Knowledge about FCO (Fertilizer Control Order) and various clauses.

- Should have good exposure on Field Trials, Demonstrations and statistical analysis, protocol development and interpretations.

Knowledge of product dossier preparation and data analysis

Qualification: PG / M.Sc. in Agronomy/Soil Science/Ph.D. in Agronomy/ Soil Science

Technical/Functional Competencies :

- Good Subject knowledge in Crop Nutrition Management.

- Should have good knowledge in MS Office.

Behavioural Competencies:

- Good Leadership Capability

- Excellent Communication capability - written and verbal

- Ability to challenge the status quo, go-getter, pro-active can drive the business agenda with high pace
