Job Description - Managing commercial operations for large infrastructure projects

Client Details

Our Client is a PSU and is looking to hire a Retail Expert based out of Delhi

Description

Reporting to the CCO, you will be responsible for

- Modelling concessionaire agreements

- Creating of master concessionaire strategy

- Evaluating of category and tenant mix

- Managing Service Level Agreement in commercial contracts

- Commercial layout planning and Fit-outs design

- Commercial revenue management

- Managing efficiency of end-to-end tendering process

Profile

- Min 12 yrs experience, Graduate, MBA preferred

- Operations strategy experience

- Managing field operations of medium to large retail chains/outlets

- Must have worked in Airport/Railway/Mall Retail Commercial Operations

- International exposure preferred

- Must have handled F&B revenue
