Major Job outline: - Overall responsible for all Production activities, Projects, Process Improvements, Cost control, Health /Safety &amp; Assurance activities of this Unit . - Responsible for preparing annual Budget &amp; Overhead control for the units . - Responsible for all Focussed Improvement Projects &amp; Continual improvement projects for this unit. - Responsible for implementation of 5S &amp; TPM at Factory - Optimization of operational parameters to maximize product quality and output - Operational Problem Solving using Go-See-Think-Do and DMAIC tool - Commissioning of new installations, machines and equipments - Continuous Improvement &amp; Waste Reduction (TIMWOOD) Studies - People Management, coaching &amp; development - Allocation &amp; management of resources to achieve production targets - HACCP, QMS, GMP &amp; ISO Implementation - Facilitate &amp; Co-ordinate with Group Technical Team on Product &amp; process Improvements, New product developments (NPDs), Projects &amp; Audits in line for the unit . This person will be responsible for Projects in primary stage and then he will take care of all the plant operations . Educational Qualification : BE Mechanical /Chemical /Food /Dairy or Production with minimum 7 years relevant industry experience . MBA will be preferred from NITIE
