Job Description :

- Incumbent with a pleasing personality and effective communication. The strategic bent of mind is essential. Should have an in-depth understanding of design and development of processes and systems of facility management.

- Should be an impactful people manager. Should have a strong solution-based approach

KRA's :

- Delivering value-creating opportunities toward Facility Operations including Technical and Soft services for leased out Commercial properties, office space, and own Offices/Residential developments

- Managing all service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery and maintains tracking and recording of company asset and inventory management.

- Inspecting the property on Space management, Premises management, Energy conservation, Maintenance practices and Utility management and Risk management procedures.

- Building and developing effective client / stakeholder relationships.
