Functional Expertise : - Employee event - Organize and Manage - Supervise all admin related activities in the plant like canteen, parking, security, travel, Gardening etc. - Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. - Dealing with emergencies and responsible for proactive maintenance. - Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and improved time to time. - Responsible for facility management and help in setting up world class facility over the next 2 years. - Vendor Management - able to search, empanel and work with various vendors within the budget and maintain quality standards across. - Payroll management of entire staff and all HR compliance including file management. - Manage contractual workforce Compliance. - Interaction with local leaders, Officials and Neighboring Companies If you are : - A peoples person - Proactive individual with strong leadership skills. - Vendor management expertise. - Good convincing skills. - Energetic and a go getter. - Should have minimum 10 years- experience in Facility/Admin management. - Able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
