Looking for a Residential Head (Facilities/Asset Management) with 12+ years of experience in Facilities/Asset management. The position is for a stable and growing real estate organization based out of Gurugram.

- Overall responsible for budgetary controls and accounting of the entire FM/AM business

- Bookkeeping for all independent AM/FM company business

- Monthly review of P&L for all sites with a grip on all CAM incomes and expenses, creditors and debtors

- Coordinating with Financial Institutions for all banking related works like FDs, Account Management, Credit/Bank ODs

- Planning all CAPEX expenses and approvals

- Managing filing of GST returns, Balance Sheets, PF, ESI etc

- Preparing of all Legal documentation and agreements wherever required for AM/FM business in consultation with Legal Department. Vetting of legal documents

- Coordination with Site F&A representative, Estate Managers, Center Managers on Account receivable and payable

- For default on payments (Rent, CAM, SD etc.) notices & letters to be made in coordination with Legal Departments

- MIS review on weekly/monthly basis for all sites - Billing, Collections, Outstanding

- Coordination with CRM for pending collections/outstanding at their end/follow-ups

- Developing strategies/SOP'S for smoothening collection process

- Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all commercial activities

- Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives

- Work closely with Head Asset Management to manage key customers and to further improve business operations

- Reviewing existing software, products, services and markets to strengthen business
