Note : We are looking for a Candidature, Who can Handle Group MEP project .Expertise in Industrial projects .

- Having Exposure from Real state Group in Manufacturing Industry projects

As the Facilities Leader for the Group, this role is responsible for deploying the Facilities Management Systems across all sites and support site integration, HSE and other operational activities.

- Lead the Facilities function and provide strategic direction coupled with execution. Drive overall Faculties performance, system compliance, and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Lead multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; design project plan, develops timeline, identify project milestones and track performance against performance goals and timeline.

- Plan and monitor project budget, provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.

- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure a successful project completion. Monitor and communicate project status to key stakeholders.

- Work closely with peers across the Group to follow best practices. Proactively update, maintain and implement organizational policies in line with the latest relevant compliance laws and applicable regulations and amendments.

- Manage financial controls and risk ensuring operations are executed within established budgets; work with others outside the team to identify alternatives or solutions.

- Develop and achieve Maintenance & Reliability Targets and for aligning Maintenance & Reliability strategies with Regional goals. Support all sites in achieving Energy saving targets and identify innovative energy conservation opportunities and projects

Guide team members through various stages of the project work and provide developmental feedback .
