Head - Facilities Management, India - Hiring for the Head - Facilities Management (PAN India) role for one of the largest players in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate, based out of Mumbai Job Description : - Spearheading the facility management function for PAN India - Setting up facility operations of new projects PAN India - Transition Management from Projects to Operational sites - Responsible for creating CAM projections &amp; profitability of CAM operations - Client Relationship Management and billing and collections management. - Identification and management of vendors for the facilities - Responsible for writing &amp; revisit to SOP's and Manuals - Design and execute AMCs/ PPM/ Disaster management plans/ business continuity process. - Liasioning with Govt. Authorities &amp; local bodies - Corporate MIS - Effective and efficient resources management (People etc) Specifications : - Minimum experience of 15+ Years and must have handled commercial/industrial property management at PAN India Level. - Must have led &amp; handled Operations &amp; Maintenance And budget planning. - Must possess the knowledge of scope of CAN in lease agreements for commercial/industrial property agreements. - Must have handled properties in different geographies / cities / states.
