About the Client :
One of the leading exporter Porcelain tiles, Big Slabs and Ceramic tiles to United States, Canada, Europe and Australian countries.
Overview :
Responsible for International business development, sub-vendor development, logistics, quality control, procurement of all natural stones, Big slabs & quartz.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling customers in overseas market, execution of orders, business operations, quality, production, logistics & vendor development.
- Implementation of new production methods to fulfill the objectives of the company.
- Manage vendors globally and maintain zero complaint status with the clients worldwide. Implementation of company-wide solutions, effective & creative business strategies, quality services & emphasizing to adapt the stringent quality standards as per the advice of satisfied customers.
- Maintain long term & mutual beneficial relationship with customers & professionals.
- Constant endeavor to increase the sales through inventory of new stones, cost control, sales enhancement by adapting accurate marketing skills,
- Collaboration with the sales team, creative & profitable business approach, customer satisfaction with the quality service without any delays.
- Maintaining inventory of new customers globally. Constant monitoring of competition with merchandising techniques to prove ourselves as a dependable exporter & service provider globally.
- Achieve the target of company with the implementation of company wide solution to deliver high profits, zero complaint status with the customers based on their feedback.
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus but not a requirement
- Experience in the porcelain industry, Big size Slabs and Premium product - A must;
- Excellent negotiations skills
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus
