About our Client - Our client is a global tube-packaging company headquartered in Mumbai. They are looking to hire a Head-Exports to handle their International Markets. This role is based in Mumbai and would report into the Country Head.

Job Description - Analyze and monitor the current global markets and prepare a Business Plan to identify and develop new sales opportunities for export department.

- Devise strategies to increase market share of Laminates in Bangladesh and Lami Tubes in Srilanka and Middle East.

- Effectively manage export clients by acting as the first point of contact and coordinate for key issues.

- Provide timely commercial and technical responses to customer inquiries.

- Responsible for customer retention and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Head Manufacturing / Unit Heads for delivery schedule, order booking, procurement, production and final delivery- take a stock of day to day logistics and warehouse requirements.

- Prepare regular reports on the exports business performance and provide the same to the Management.

- Carry out performance appraisals; assess capability, and training needs of individuals in the team

The Successful Candidate - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in sales and marketing of which the candidate must have 5 -7 years of experience in overseas sales and marketing.

- Thorough hands on experience in complete export cycle 5-6 years of experience in managerial role is a must

- Familiarity with Packaging sector will be desirable
