An export leader with extensive experience in the B2B market, strong Key Account Management, and dealer development and management. Responsibilities: 1. Develop Sales, Business Development, and marketing for the respective locations. 2. Develop new sales and marketing strategies. 3. Appointing agents/dealers in overseas markets, arranging and active participation in overseas exhibitions, advertising, and campaigning. 4. Achieving Sales targets through regular market visits, and appointing new Distributors. 5. Regular Interaction with Distributors on New development, Pricing updates, MIS, and marketing plans. Supporting Distributors on Exhibition and product training. 6. Team management and engagement.
