ROLE OUTLINE:

Act as a 'brand guardian' and be responsible for Branded sales in International markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with distributors and agents, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective sales strategies.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Sales and Business Development Strategy :

- Defining Channel Marketing Strategy, including Business development in accordance with overall business goals and objectives in the assigned region. Engaging new dealers & distributors and drive sales growth in new geographies like MEA, GCC, Europe.

- Develop and execute go-to-market plans in international markets.

- Designing suitable strategies to create Dealer & Distributor Loyalty.

- Ensuring development and achievement of sales through Managing and controlling credit through effective follow ups, meetings, field visits of sales channel (dealers/distributors).

- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for effective lead generation.

- Steer multi-channel marketing and sales in retail and branded stores.

Analytics and Research

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products in rice and competition status.

- Track, monitor, and analyse performance while keeping a close tab on competitors' activities. Identify gaps and opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.

Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Forecast.

CANDIDATE PROFILE AND SKILL SET:

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing and having 8-10 years of Export Sales experience in Agri Commodities (Rice & Pulses).

- Proven Track record of delivering high growth targets and revenues.

- Must be having GCC countries exposure. Driven, Dynamic with a Die-Hard Sales Attitude with strong network in GCC.

- Understanding of Basmati Rice Market. Candidate should have good contacts in Middle East markets.

- Be a Self-starter, with proven professional success, who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

- Strong Knowledge/ Business relationship with Agents and Distributors for Agri commodities, Food products.
