Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the Sales Strategy for International Markets
- Responsible for Topline Sales, increase the market share
- Develop the distribution network, identify buyers, negotiate and finalise business contracts.
- Responsible for end-to-end Sales and Export Operations
- Responsible for Exports related Documentation and Regulatory Compliances
- Travel Globally, Attend exhibitions and conferences
- Build the Organization Brand and Visibility in external markets and build international Value Proposition for the Organisation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 + years of hands-on experience of managing Sales & Exports in Tyre, Automotive, Paint,Lubricants tc
- Proven track record in building and managing sales and distribution in international markets
- Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills, should be able manage multiple stakeholders
