Attributes and Skills

- Presales Principal with Extensive experience in Telecom Service Provider Engineering Services Outsourcing Deals with demonstrated experience of winning Business, Leading and developing Presales Team and Creating winning solutions

- Manage Large Telecom Engineering services Outsourcing Deals from Telecom Service Provider Companies and provide domain differentiation.

- Ability to understand TNS OEM requirements & conceptualize Business Problems Solutions and Propositions with Strong knowledge of US/Europe Telco operations

- Best in class executive - C- level sales & communications skills. Can converse in business value terminology and appreciates international diversity.

- Experience in GSM, UMTS, WCDMA, VOIP, Advanced Intelligent Networks, Central Office Carrier 5 Switches, ATM, IVR, SS7, ISDN, OSS\BSS, MVNO, 3G/4G Technologies, LTE.

- Worked with one or few of these customers ALU, E // , Lucent, T- Mobile, KPN Telecom, Telifonica, AT&T, Verizon, Telstra, British Telecom, Comcast, Century Tel, Visage, Virgin Mobile.

- Strong understanding of NGN/ OTT/Software-Defined Networking (SDN)/ NFV /IoT.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills Required: Should have prior experience of working with either a Telecom Service Provider Companies / IT Company /System Integration company addressing the Telecom Service Provider Market in Engineering services Pre-Sales and Outsourcing Deals.

- Understanding of Products & Telecom Business Processes.

- Able to support portfolio enhancement / development through effective knowledge of marketplace

- Able to assess and identify customer objectives and build upon these with winning customer centric sales themes, Proposals and solutions

- Preparation of Market Research / Account research reports and competitive insight

- Analyzing the marketing trends of competitors and devising strategies to counter them.

- Bid Management: Good understanding of a typical ERS Outsourcing sales process and experience in Preparing and responding to RFI, RFPs. Bids, Proposal Defense, P&L Analysis, Due Diligence Client Visits

- Responsible to support the Regional/ Engagement Managers in bid presentation and execution
