Job Description: (Willing to have people who are working with solution providers or who are also working with e-Commerce/e-Retail companies)  - This position will primarily be responsible for managing the operations profitably and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.  - Take leadership role in independently running the operations and managing Delivery teams  - Work closely with Key Account Managers and continuously identify new opportunities and develop accounts that represent significant growth opportunities.  - Developing automated solutions : Work closely with the Solutions team to build automate the processes and provide insights for new developmental areas.  - Will be responsible to manage the entire operations teams’ viz. catalogue management team, content team, etc.  - Training: Will drive the development and execution of the annual training plan for the operations team and keep them updated on the processes.  - Client relationship management: managing relationships with stakeholders within client organization.  - Ability to articulate solutions and contribute to social media initiatives.  Requirements :  - Experience of 14+ years in managing large delivery teams preferably with a large Retail Service Provider company.  - High level of familiarity with the online retail processes and upcoming trends  - Outstanding client facing, communication and presentation skills.  - Must have an understanding of the use of technology in e-commerce / e-retail.  - Should be accustomed to meeting growth &margin targets and incentives / rewards based on achievement of targets.  - Ability to work in a multi-cultural, collaborative environment.
