- Nurture existing Clients and empanelling / developing new relationship and driving the revenue of Institutional dept. Pan India Sales, Sales Trader, Research, Trading Acquisition

- Research ideas, Market views and market intelligence, Procuring Order and see timely execution.

- Monitoring clients' portfolio performance, conducting profitability analysis, rendering sustained advisory services for securing high ROI and increasing retention levels. Analysing risk appetite and investment strategy of fund managers for providing them apt investment solutions, ensuring that solutions provided match their investment strategy.

- Taking all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts, Analyst calls/meetings & road shows with management, in house research Analysts with Analysts & Fund Managers (Buy side). Selling investment ideas ... house research analyst's ideas with sector specialization.

- Maximize mindshare by arranging interaction between buy side Analyst and sell side Analyst on research and corporate developments. Identifying and addressing client requirements through execution of itineraries/concalls.

- Effective Management of Customer Relation Operations and ensuring maximum Customer Satisfaction by providing timely clarification of queries. Interacting & developing rapport with all constituents of client at all levels; for maximum client retention and achievement of revenues.

- Enabling corporate access

Educational Qualifications: MBA in Finance / CA / CFA

Experience: 15+ Years with in depth knowledge of IE Sales

Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of Research and advisory to Institutional Investors.

Investment Banking led deal generation and Structuring mindset, to onboard and service clients.

Team Management skills & Revenue Generation / P & L management
