Head - Equity Capital Market - IPO

- This role is 70% into execution of the Equity Capital Market deals and 30% into origination of the deals from the market.

- Spearheading end to end execution of Equity Capital Market (ECM) transactions - IPOs, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), Follow Ons, Rights etc.

- Pricing the transaction based on financial strength of the company, investor feedback and market environment

- Developing relationships with large corporates, FIs

- Understanding of the guidelines from SEBI, RBI on IPOs
