Job Description:

Main responsibilities included but not limited to: Candidates should have at least 8-15 years of prior experience in Equity Capital Market Division, including including Fund Raising | Restructuring Services| Advisory & Valuation Services.. The candidate shall have hands on experience of the following areas:

1. Fund Raising:

Role & Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including Fund Raising | Restructuring Services| Advisory & Valuation Services. and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, financial due-diligence and other merchant banking activities.

- The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidate's input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirement s:

- Experience of 8-15 years within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank.

- Master's degree in MBA/CFA/CS/LLB/LLM

- Dual Certifications shall be preferred.

- Good quantitative, written, and presentation and communication skills.

- Problem solving ability and able to deliver in given timeline
