Head - EPC Solar Projects - Renewable Energy Business

Our Client is a leading Renewable Energy Developer in the Asia Pacific region with over twenty years of global presence. It is one of the largest independent Renewable Energy Developers in Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Candidate must have worked with the core Solar Developer organization & should have managed execution of Solar EPC projects of 100 MW+ capacity.

- Proficient in identifying the competent EPC vendors & executing the contract with them.

- Managing & monitoring the projects with respect to Land Development, Construction of Plant, Procurement, Cost Effectiveness, Quality Assurance & Control. Also, managing the detailed engineering in the area of technology selection, structure finalization & conceptual electrical & Structural designing.

- Finalizing the basic & detailed engineering with prime focus on technology selection like structure finalization and AC / DC Side conceptual designing in order to have optimum balance between PPA obligation of CUF requirement and overall project cost.

- Managing the timely availability of statutory approvals from concerned Govt. departments, Electrical Inspectorate and other applicable approvals for successful grid synchronization of plants and meeting obligations with PPA owners.

- Monitoring of project sites in close co-ordination with engineering and land team looking at engineering as well legal aspects.
