Role / Position Head - ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)

Location - Head Office (Gurgaon)

Department - ESG

Reporting - Chairman & CEO

We are looking for an experienced ESG Head to join the dynamic team and become a partner in achieving the ambitious growth plans.

The Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) will shape the Company's strategy and goals aligned with their corporate commitments and drive the implementation of all ESG principles and actions plans into the operations and business practices. The individual will serve as a catalyst for positive change and champion for key pillars in the overall ESG strategy and commitments of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

The responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Engage with the leadership teams across functions and division, shape the governance and oversight for all ESG activities, ensure alignment of EGS outcomes with growth objectives and inspire our associates to contribute towards the achievement of our ESG goals and targets.

- Be on the forefront of knowledge in the sustainability and ESG space in the industry; develop scanning and analytics capability to provide analysis on trends and expectations in the external environment.

- Be the link to ensure alignment on strategy, implementation plan and external communication.

- Responsible for the ESG reporting and the delivery of the ESG chapter of the annual report, and coordinates activities and communications related to key initiatives.

- Drive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of our targets and progress towards our growth ambition. Develop tactical plan, the implementation and pull through of ESG related activities within the organization.

- Ensuring 100% compliance with the provisions of all the associated Act/Rules and various provisions of Law, Regulations, including Environment, Sustainability and associated Social elements for the Company and its Group Companies.

- Managing all aspects of various Shareholders for the Company and its Group Companies including issue of Notices, preparation Agenda Minutes, Action Taken Reports etc.

- Exploring, customizing, implementing, Handling and managing digital tools of various compliances and submit report to the various Statutory Bodies/Management/Board etc.

- Handling related grievance, reply to stakeholders, statutory bodies etc.

- Statutory Filings, Compliance and Maintenance of internal and external Statutory Records.
