Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing with over 18 years of experience
- Successfully handled implementation of complex programs involving multiple partners
- Preferably worked in Education Management environment
- Successfully managed complex customer relationships
- Developed and executed annual plans and budgets
- Able to work with equal ease with individuals at different levels of an organization example - Directors or Deans of academic institutions, Faculty members and Student committee heads
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong people skills
- Initiative taker & independent self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance
- Conceptual with a strong ability to implement plans
- Confident in his/her ability with proactive seeking of new skills and knowledge
- Maturity and poise that evokes respect
- Willingness to work hands-on
- Able to work to deadlines and targets

Responsibilities include -
- Leads the Colleges program.
- Works with the MD, the Colleges field team and Education Partners - national and international - to manage the development of Courses, the defined goals and needs of the network.
- Managing the smooth running of Courses for Students and Trainers/Faculty.
- Managing & strengthening the community of trainers/faculty members in the network.
- Test program and incorporate findings back to the Content Team.
- Work with the marketing team to market the program.
- Support the development and running of workshops for student leaders of entrepreneurship cells.
- Constantly think of and implement new ways to build the nationwide community of entrepreneurship faculty.
- Develop, track, evaluate and report Impact Assessment & Institutional Capacity Building metrics in co-ordination with other functional departments.
- Develop annual plans, targets and budgets for the workshops and events activities.
