Head - Enterprise UX

Roles and responsibities:-

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- At least 15 years of experience in user experience design and designing for the Enterprise products and solutions.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

- Experience in user research and usability testing.

- This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and team leadership.

- Lead the user experience design for the organization's Enterprise products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of user- centered design solutions

- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors

- Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth
