Head - Enterprise Sales (Open Digital Marketplace)
12+ years of total experience, in enterprise relationship management/business development role.
Accountabilities:
- Achievement of revenue, sales volume, profitability, market share and other key financial performance objectives for the sectors
- Building new relationships, retention and leveraging of existing relationships at CXO level (decision makers at organizations in target sector)
- Formulate and deploy of sales strategy for the sector and targets for sales team
- Manage the entire sales life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and sales operations
- Engage with industrial forums and industry bodies and influence key decision makers in target sectors for by pitching for and advocating companies service offerings for expanding the enterprise business
- Review sales performance and budgets for the sectors, products on a periodic basis and drive interventions to rectify deviations from annual plans
- Lead strategic efforts & development of effective processes around cross selling, customer retention, customer satisfaction, account management, license/contract renewal
- Support CRM implementation in enterprise sales function
- Track & use CRM to generate and leverage leads, hunting new customer, harvesting existing ones and generate cross sell across opportunities
- Build a Key account manager structure over time for large accounts and focus on building capabilities to sell all products to large customers.
