Enterprise Sales Head

Experience:- 8+ years

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Delhi

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the enterprise market segment.

- Identify and target potential enterprise clients, Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target accounts, understanding their business challenges and pain points.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer demands in the - ntech industry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to onboarding and retention.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and bene- ts of our SaaS solutions.

- Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals, ensuring favorable terms and pricing for both parties.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and other relevant information to the Sales

- Director and senior leadership team.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related - eld. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in enterprise sales, preferably in the - ntech or SaaS industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

- In-depth knowledge of the - ntech landscape and familiarity with - nancial products and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

- Experience in managing complex, consultative sales cycles with long sales cycles.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive sales initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven strategies.

- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
