- Profound knowledge of account management techniques, intricate transaction discussions, and the corporate sales cycle.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as the capacity to recognize and seize market possibilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presenting abilities with the capacity to forge close bonds with executive stakeholders.
- A strong ambition to propel market leadership in the enterprise VoIP area and a strong sense of mission.
- Create and manage a high-achieving enterprise sales team from the bottom up, promoting teamwork and hitting aggressive sales goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration and customer acquisition within the enterprise segment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with company goals, including market expansion strategies.
