Job Summary :
- Head the Sales function for a rapidly growing Fintech SaaS organization.
- Drive strategic initiatives within the team. Leadership and high visibility role.
About the Client :
Our client is a rapidly growing full-stack lending infrastructure company, with presence across India and SEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a PAN India team of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Identify potential clients, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop marketing strategies while closely working with other teams, such as the product development, etc.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Run business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting client's objectives.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Ensure trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
The successful applicant :
- 12 to 15 years of experience across Business Development, Sales, and Account Management, in Technology Sales or SaaS Based Companies.
- Experience of selling to Large BFSI Enterprise clients (Banks / NBFCs) is a MUST.
- Prior team handling experience is preferable.
- MBA is preferable.
