Hiring for a leading EdTech based at Western suburbs of Mumbai.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop the Enterprise training business into a profitable business with high margins.
- Own the P&L for the Enterprise Training function.
- Create and build a viable business model; develop sales & marketing strategies for the segment.
- Work with a cross-functional team necessary for successful product definition; provide relevant business context to achieve overall Business Unit goals.
- Strategic Relationship Management with key business accounts.
- Build market share, operational efficiency, resource optimization and team synergies.
- Perform incisive, insightful market and competitive research to identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers of existing and prospective customers.
- Provide vision and direction to the team and stakeholders to build the business.
Mandatory:
a. Graduate / Postgraduate 15 + yrs. experience in B2B with a minimum of 3 years as Enterprise Business Head.
b. Prior experience in leading sales, delivery, content & operations subfunctions within Corporate Training.
c. Strong analytics and number crunching skills, pleasant and happy demeanour.
d. Experience of managing managed training services.
