Description :

The role holder is responsible for the revenue of the business services division in a telecom circle. The incumbent will be responsible to develop and plan local marketing strategies to enhance the competitive position. The primary focus will be to increase the revenue market share as per targets defined and within defined budgets. The incumbent would be responsible for all the tariffing decisions within circles and would work within approved limits. Would be responsible for database management & management reporting for the circle. Would jointly own the responsibility for customer retention & customer credit policies along with the circle Customer Services team. Would be responsible for implementation of national level strategies in the circle.
