To represent and manage the Enterprise business in the Mumbai circle.
The CSM would manage a team of NAMs, SAMs, ASMs, BDM's and responsible to drive the enterprise business for circle HQ accounts pan India.
- Drive profitable revenue growth
- Deliver the best in class customer experience with a high NPS score
- Increased market share from integrated product, service, mobile solution offerings, and fixed data product, etc.
- Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the DB in India.
- Engagement with various circles to deliver the Enterprise Business revenue growth within India.
- Deliver net subscriber acquisitions in HQ and NH locations
- Collaborate with various stakeholders both within circle and corporate to drive effective results.
To lead the Y-O-Y Business Planning activities for the Enterprise Business
- NPS- Attain a targeted score on customer satisfaction surveys.
- To achieve budgeted revenue and order booking target for both Voice and Data (3G, Mobility and Fixed Voice + Data) for nationally.
- Achieve aspirational goals on acquisitions
- To establish Strategic Account Management and deliver Y-o-Y growth
Preferred Industry: IT, Solution Sales. Experience in handling large teams.
