Education: BE in Electronics / Computer Science Desired: Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, iCMG Position reporting Manager - CIO Role: - Prepare and manage architecture blueprints across business, information, technical, data and infrastructure dimensions - Establish and evolve standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and controls for architecture governance - Lead architecture and change governance - Manage continual improvements in architectural maturity based on established industry frameworks such as ITCMF, Gartner IT Score and Forrester EA Maturity models - Create and maintain architectural strategy and roadmaps, continually aligning to evolving business objectives - Craft and present business case to leadership team for major tech initiatives and investments - Manage evaluation, adoption, rationalization, migration, consolidation and decommissioning of platforms, technology and tools - Drive high impact initiatives for revenue generation and cost optimization Skills: - Passion for technology and continual learning - Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills to channelize execution with sponsors, stakeholders, partners, delivery teams and peers in the ecosystem - Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional and cross-discipline teams - Expertise in methodologies such as BVI, TEI and AIE - Expertise in enterprise grade platforms and technologies encompassing Portals, CRM, EDW, Mobility, BPM, SOA and ERP - Experience with private cloud, AWS, Azure, IBM Bluemix or Google cloud - Experience with security platforms and tools for directory services, identity and access management, single sign-on and firewalls - Exposure to design thinking and organization change management
