Head - Engineering - Stampings & Welded Parts/Automotive Industry

Our client- a medium sized auto-parts company specializing in manufacturing & supply of sheet-metal stampings & welded parts to leading auto OEMs & tier-1 customers is on a high growth trajectory.

The position is based at Bilaspur- 20 kms from Gurgaon, reports to COO.

The KRAs include:

- Design & Development on current and upcoming projects

- Lead the team for New Product Development

- Customer contact for new business & programs

- Budgeting & Capex planning

- Advanced Product development (DFM, DFA) &Product Spec Test (DVP).

- Tool Design & Development

- Manufacturing Process Engineering

- Design & development of assemblies, sub-assemblies, and parts ensuring compliance to requisite standards.

- Design, Testing and Proto cell set up/up gradation.
