Job Description :

- As the Head of Engineering Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of Programming/Graphics/Draft Engineers to provide support services to customers across the globe

- The position requires high Planning and Execution skill, in order to provide leadership and expertise throughout the development lifecycle.

- Our client is a large European conglomerate in industrial manufacturing and is amongst the top global players in the space.

- They are venturing into Engineering Services and setting up a centre in Bangalore. We are looking for a strong P&L leader and an excellent people manager to scale and develop the centre.

Description :

Reporting directly to the Global Engineering Services leader you will be responsible for

- The delivery of Design Engineering Services for India and International customers

- Managing and leading a team of engineers through project initiation, execution, and deployment

- Providing guidance for career progression of ES team

- Effective collaboration across customers contributing to the success of ES

- Enabling and Enhancing performance improvement and service delivery excellence

- Strategy development, Program management, customer satisfaction, associate engagement, operational efficiency

Profile :

- Female candidate with 15+ years in Engineering Services operations for similar industry

- Expert in growing business through superior leadership, collaboration, operations management and service delivery

- Come with a strong understanding of financial statements and creating and executing business plans
